What is the survey purpose which was taken about half and month ago?

Explain the brave reward system. I have skipped the survey and I am not getting Brave ads is this survey really matter in the brave reward system?

If you are not getting ads, your account may be flagged. If you can connect to your custodial provider, your account is probably not flagged. You can test by disconnecting your custodial account then trying to reconnect. If you are flagged, you will get a notice and not be able to connect until the flag is removed. You would have to submit a request to Brave Support to unflag your account using this form: https://support.brave.com/hc/en-us/requests/new?ticket_form_id=360001302431

If your account is not flagged, you can check which ads are available for your region at https://sampson.codes/brave/ads/my_region/. You may have just reached some cap and ads will display less frequently for a time. Are you not receiving any ads at all (notifications, NTP, inline)? If you determine you should still be receiving ads and you have gone several days (at least 3) without any ads (not a single ad from any source - notifications, NTP, inline), then you should submit a request for help to Brave Support using the form linked above.
