@Anonb,
The icon you’re referring to is in fact the option to download/create a shortcut for the site (PWA) on your desktop. Can you tell me exactly what device you’re using when you see this? It appears to be a Chromebook or Android tablet but it’s unclear.
A PWA (Progressive Web App) is like a website that acts like an app you download from the Play Store, but you get it directly from a website. On Android, it lets you do things like use the app offline, get notifications, and access it easily from your home screen, just like any other app.
Once added, it behaves like a normal app, but it’s lighter and doesn’t need to be downloaded from the Play Store.
Basically it turns a website into an app without all the hassle!
You don’t. To save a page as a PDF on a Samsung tablet, here’s a simple guide:
Open Brave
Go to the page you want to save.
Tap the three-dot menu in the top-right corner.
Select “Share” or “Print”
If you choose “Print,” you’ll see an option to change the printer. Select “Save as PDF.”
Tap “Save” or the PDF icon, and choose where you want to store the file.
That’s it! Now you have the page saved as a PDF.
