What do I need to turn off to get a 'Sign In' to work?

New Brave on Sonoma 14.6.1 issue:

Cannot log in to PetersonAcademy.com
Clicking on the ‘Sign In’ button does nothing.
Clicking on the ‘Enroll’ button does because it takes us to another page.
Note that I turned off shields.
So there is some script that is being blocked. How do I unblock it?

Second problem. Some web sites are failing with an ‘unexpected error’. {Such as google}

The sites work from the same computer using Safari. And they work on the older computer in Brave. Just not on the newly installed Brave on the new computer.
