Websites that play sound are hard to hear

Description of the issue:
How can this issue be reproduced?

  1. Open any website that plays sound (Twitch, Youtube…etc)
  2. The sound is really low and has to turn headphones all the way up to hear at normal levels.

Expected result:

The sound isn’t low and you don’t have to turn headphones all the way up.

Brave Version( check About Brave):

Version 0.69.132 Chromium: 77.0.3865.90 (Official Build) (64-bit)

Additional Information:

The sound is completely fine on normal chrome.

Guessing you’re in Windows. Just ensure your volume mixer (Right click on volume icon) Just increase the Brave volume accordingly.
