Website thinks browser is not in desktop mode

When attempting to start an attack box on the website tryhackme.com, it gives me an error: “To hack machines on TryHackMe, please visit the site on your desktop.” I am using brave browser on my Windows 11 PC. I have tried adding “?app=desktop” to the end of the url as well and no change. This started happening after the Feb 28th Brave update.
