Website kept asking "Leave site?", If I click cancel, it opened new window. I couldn't even close brave without end process

How can this issue be reproduced?

Expected result:
I should be able to close the tab, but instead it asks “leave site?”, if i click cancel, the tab redirects and opens a new window. Basically, you can’t close a tab or even the brave browser.

Brave Version( check About Brave):
Version 1.11.104 Chromium: 84.0.4147.105 (Official Build) (64-bit)
