WebRTC-Block: Full functionalities included?

Hey,
so I started using Brave and to my satisfaction noticed, that there are functionalities to prevent WebRTC leaks. I have several questions in this regard:

  1. what option to i chose for maximum privacy?
  2. is there still a necessity to use a “full-blown” WebRTC-plugin, such as this: https://www.srware.net/forum/viewtopic.php?f=18&t=11893 ? Or does Brave argueably cover it all?
