Description of the issue: Failed to load the webpages
How can this issue be reproduced?

  1. When refresh/reload the webpage
  2. When open a new website

Expected result: The webpage must be load properly.

**Brave Version( check About Brave): V 1.65.126

**Additional Information: Sometimes when i reload/refresh the webpage or open a new webpage, then it shows an error message that the site can’t be reached. It doesn’t happen every time, but sometimes and when it happens then have to reload/refresh the webpage 5 or more times to load the webpage.
