Web-page not loading when printing PDF in separate tab

Description of the issue:
Does not allow url to load:

Had multiple tabs open, one specifically using the built in pdf viewer. Clicked print button and let menu load for pdf. Before printing pdf, I switched tabs and tried loading another website. Website could not load as it was stuck ‘Waiting for PDF Viewer’

Steps to Reproduce (add as many as necessary):

1. Launch Brave
2. Open Any PDF Url (I used http://www.team358.org/files/pneumatic/PneumaticsForNewbies.pdf)
3. Click ‘Print’ while in PDF Viewer.
4. Wait for Print Menu to Load.
5. Open New Tab
6. Attempt Loading any URL (Used https://www.google.com)
7. !Issue Occurs!

Expected result:
Load url as normal

Reproduces how often:
Always.
Attempted with fresh reboot, New Browser Window, and chrome in which chrome did not run into same issue.

Brave Version(about:brave):
0.67.125 Chromium: 76.0.3809.100 (Official Build) (64-bit)

I can confidently state I had no such result. by the way you owe me 40 pages and my used ink. Tested 5 times and printed 4 times. the one was when i just left the dialogue box open

I never printed the page. Sorry I should’ve stated that. I just left the print menu open and then switched tabs.
