Websites that use the Thirdweb Connect modal (https://thirdweb.com/connect) do not work with Brave Wallet.

No, happens on basically all websites that use thirdweb connect

Unrelated bug: Adding additional custom networks causes the portfolio assets to multiply (probably one per RPC? not sure what causes this. Confirmed networks:
- Manta Pacific Mainnet / Chain ID 169 (0xa9)
I have seen it happening with other chains, but I don’t know what causes it. After a wallet reset, I just readded the chains I used and only this one duplicated right away. They were more before the reset so I don’t think it’s chain specific.
