Weather.com PWA Not Recognized Linux

Description of the issue:

Love using Brave on Linux. Some PWA sites are installable, but not weather.com. It is installable with other browsers.

How can this issue be reproduced?

  1. Navigate to the Weather.com site.
  2. Select a community to view the weather.
  3. The Install/Add option is not available

Expected result:

Able to add PWA site.

1.0.1
Additional Information:
Linux Mint Cinammon 19.2

While on weather.com, go to Menu --> More tools --> Create Shortcut... and elect to open in a new window.
