We Indians users of Brave browser need to have an INR account for transferring their monthly Brave ads payout. But you have USD, Euro and British pounds accounts linked to the pay outs. As millions of Indians are using Brave browser which might be more than your non-Indian users, hence an INR linked account for monthly Brave ads pay out is a crying need of the hour. If you mean Uphold or Gemini, that is something out of control of Brave.
Btw, do you mean Indians from US or Indians from India? I guess it is currently not possible to cash out in India.
