Wallet unlink form feedback

Description of the issue:

I filled out an unlink form a while ago and still have not heard back or was able to link my new wallet. Wallet was lost due to formatting of my PC. Any update on when I will get feedback on this? Regards

this is incredible and annoying. Same here, i’ve done it 3 times already. Let’s hope for a quick solution

Yeah, some feedback/communication if the case is getting handled, or confirmation that the form has been received would already help.

Submitting more than one request is not going to make any difference as far as getting the issue resolved. If anything, it will only slow the process down more.
