Wallet on laptop not showing same balance as wallet on phone - Missing Crypto

I have a crypto holding on my phone that isn’t showing on my laptop. Same wallet, same passwords and keywords.

What went wrong?

@Waldo1 Are you saying that particular asset is not on the list or that you can see the asset but the balance isn’t accurate?

If it’s that you’re not seeing the asset, you need to add it on the device. You should see a +Visible Assets button where you can view and engage. If not checked off, then it wouldn’t be visible. If you don’t see it on the list, you may then need to add a custom asset. (If you’re seeing it on one device, then you should have already done this before and know what I’m referencing)

If not talking about that, then would help if you give a bit more detail on your circumstance. It would also be helpful to know which version of Brave is on each device and the OS for each.
