Wallet linking failed - Device Limit Reached

Briefly describe your issue:

Hi support, I recently reset my laptop and can no longer verify my uphold account due to the following error “Your wallet cannot be verified because you’ve reached the maximum verified device limit.”

I understand there is a feature that is currently in development to allow users to free up linking slots, however, in the meantime can I please get assistance on freeing up a linking slot for me so I can verify my uphold account again.

What Operating System and Brave version are you using (Menu --> About Brave)?

OS: Windows 10 64 bit
Brave version: Version 1.32.115 Chromium: 96.0.4664.93 (Official Build) (64-bit)

No

What date did you verify your wallet?
Last I verified successfully was before I reset my laptop so was around sometime in November I believe if I remember correctly

Have you been able to successfully receive payments in the past?
Yes

Are you using a VPN? (yes/no)
No

Are you in a supported region (see here for list of supported regions)?
Yes

Does your device pass the SafteyNet check (Android only)?
Only on desktop

Have you manually turned off Auto-contribute on all of your devices linked to Uphold??
Yes
