Wallet disconnected before receiving a payment

Briefly describe your issue:
It was assumed that yesterday they were going to pay me in my uphold wallet, today I looked and they had not paid me, enter “Menu> Brave Rewards” and when pressing on wallet configuration, it said that it had been disconnected, I already connected it, but The payment does not arrive and nowhere do I get an option to claim my BATS
