Vulkan graphics backend seems to be broken in recent Brave versions?

Description of the issue:
With the Vulkan graphics backend enabled, various sites don’t work properly and there are lots of graphical glitches (flickering or rendering of a blank white view are the two most common).

This seems to have any been a recent issue as I was using this feature without any problems up until today.

Computer Setup

  • OS: Ubuntu Plucky Puffin (development branch)
  • Processor: AMD Ryzen™ 9 7950X3D × 32
  • Graphics: AMD Radeon™ RX 7900 XTX
  • Window System: Wayland
  • Kernel Version: Linux 6.14.0-13-generic

How can this issue be reproduced?

  1. Enabled the Vulkan grahics backend in the feature flags.
  2. View Google Maps as an example.

Expected result:
I should be able to use Google Maps normally.

Brave Version( check About Brave):
Version 1.77.95 Chromium: 135.0.7049.52 (Official Build) (64-bit)
