VPN Resource not found

Hello,

I have started a free trial of the brave VPN, but when I try to use it, I am still prompted with the message telling me to try it out. When i go in my account, I can see that I have indeed the suscription active and when clicking the “Refresh VPN” button i get this error:
“Resource not found”

Thanks for reporting. Sorry to have to ask this but since resolving Premium/VPN issues can involve requesting sensitive information (such as your Premium email, invoice number, etc), can you please submit a ticket to us about this here:

When you do, you should get an email with a ticket/case number – if you can share that ticket number with me here, I’ll make sure someone takes a look asap.

Thank you for your quick answer, i am trying to fill out the form but i did not receive a premium invoice number, therefore i can’t carry on with the ticket’s creation

Go ahead and just enter random numbers there in the format requested and it’ll let you through.
