VPN Quit Working after Monthly Subscription Payment

Is anyone experiencing this?

After my VPN subscription renewed last night, I have been unable to connect to the VPN or link devices and use it across other devices. I use it on Windows 11 and a Google Pixel device.

What’s also frustrating is the like of customer support on such critical issues. A 24+ hour turnaround for a premium services is not good customer service.

All of a sudden it’s working… I don’t know why. if there was an issue on the Brave side, I would expect a notification on an outtage to be sent out… Appreciate your help

Earlier this morning, Guardian was undergoing some tests for our annual security audit that appear to have put a greater strain on our system than expected. From about 7:30 EST to 9:25 EST you may have experienced an issue trying to connect to one of our servers.
