VPN Purchased on iPhone does not register on PC because of refresh button Error

Please provide us with the following information


Type of device (iPad pro, iPhone 10, etc):
Windows 10 & 11 pc, iPad pro 11’ m1, iPhone 13pro, iPad Mini 4

iOS version ( Settings --> About --> Software Version ):
Not relivent all mobile apps on all mobile devices have the VPN switch working,

Detailed description of the behavior:

I Purchased the VPN on my iPhone 13 pro years ago and this issue of connecting that purchase to my pc browser has never been resolved no mater what laptop I try it on.

I will click the “Already purchased VPN?” button and it will ask me to log in. I log in and it says it successfully registered the VPN all I need to do is click the refresh button. The refresh button does not work and if I refresh the page says the same thing.

I also have tried to purchase an audio book from audible while I am in New Zealand, and it says that the book is not allowed in my region. I have my browser vpn set to the USA Central where my perminent residence is as I am on vacation and it still will not allow me to purchase the book.

These two issues may be independent but I feel they might indicated that the VPN does not work over all.

Regarding the audiobook, it looks like the VPN is being detected by that particular website and although we are looking into related issues, there isn’t much we can do to resolve this one at this time.

@Geographer Sorry about this error you have run into. Please open a request directly with us so we can assist you better. You can do this on your iPhone from the Brave browser: Settings > Brave Firewall + VPN > Contact Technical Support.
