VPN account on Browser not working

Signed up on iphone for VPN. It’s working fine there. It’s still in the 7 day free trial. However, when I tried to activate the VPN on my OSX browser using the link sent, I was told no active plans can be found. I have used to have Brave VPN years ago.

Steps to Reproduce (add as many as necessary): 1. 2. 3.
Signup on iOS. Have it work. Try to connect on OSX. Wonder why no plans are shown.

Easy, simple VPN account activation on computer as well as smart phone.

Reproduces how often:
Every time I try to connect.

Where do I submit a ticket for a non premium account?
