Vivocha popup is not working

Description of the issue:
Vivocha popup is not working.

Vivocha is a chat product or, from their site: Vivocha is a functional, advanced, and innovative multi-channel customer interaction platform that helps companies streamline their professional relationships.

Steps to Reproduce (add as many as necessary):

1. Go to a site that has a Vivocha popup, e.g. https://dev.smartcall.cc/vivocha/v6/callback_campaign/ If this site is not displaying the Vivocha popup in Chrome, Firefox, I still need to do some configuration…
2. No Vivocha popup on the right hand side

Hi

I now see what the issue is, Brave blocks the Vivocha co-browsing solution as ad/tracker. Shields down works for me. but is there a way to prevent this for all users? How is brave identifying external scripts to be ad/tracker? Is there a possibility to get this white-listed?

Vivocha is a co-browsing / chat solution allowing people to request help when they are stuck on a site.
