Description of the issue:
How can this issue be reproduced?

  1. Enter to some site like https://freebitco.in/?op=home | https://wetransfer.com/pro?trk=WT202005_signup | or your gmail
  2. Pay attention to the left up conner
  3. You will see a glich on some cases, it not always appears, sometimes it happens sometimes not.

Expected result:
No glich
Brave Version( check About Brave):
[Version 1.14.81 Chromium: 85.0.4183.102 (Official Build) (64-bit)
Additional Information:
Linux Lite base in ubuntu 18.04
I know that there is a more recent versión of brave V1.14.84 but this have been happening since 4 versions ago and i don´t see any fix or improvemment. I didn´t reported this because it´s not a big problem.

Yeah, it´s a hardware acceleration issue
