View of Passwords obscured by Extensions webpage

I am using:
Version 0.61.51 Chromium: 73.0.3683.75 (Official Build) (64-bit)
and I am prevented from seeing all of my Passwords on the Password page.
chrome://settings/passwords
They are hidden by an extensions webpage (see image attached)
Any solution to this problem?

I have Version 0.62.51 Chromium: 73.0.3683.103 (Official Build) (64-bit) and it has the same issue
