Description of the issue:
Everytime I open a new window the view mode as PC/Laptop, is activated. I have checked that this option is not marked in configuration and that there are no exeptions, but it keeps opening everithing in this mode by default.

How can this issue be reproduced?

  1. opening a new window.
  2. after choosing mobile mode, if I close an open ta windows it comes bakc in PC/Laptop mode.

Expected result:

**Brave Version( check About Brave): 1.64.109, Chromium 123.0.6312.58

**Mobile Device details: System: ANDROID 12, Build/SKQ1.211019.001

Go to settings → site settings → desktop site
Make sure it’s turned off.

Yes, it was the first thing I did. It´s turned off.

Clear cache or try reinstalling the app.
