Description of the issue:
The video should stop, when a video on a other Tab or on a other App start

How can this issue be reproduced?

  1. Watch a video on YouTube
  2. Change to a other Tab or App and start there a video too
  3. The video from the first Tab dosent stop. Both videos playing on the same time.

Expected result:
When i start a video, other video who are playing should stop
