Videos not playing on certain sites

Description of the issue:
Brave does not play videos from kickstarters, foxnews etc - but youtube DOES WORK.

Steps to Reproduce (add as many as necessary):
1. Launch Brave
2. go to https://www.foxnews.com/sports/tom-brady-entered-wrong-house-buccaneers-coach

3. Video does not play. Black screen.

Actual Result (gifs and screenshots are welcome!):

Expected Result:
video should play, play button should be shown etc - nothing plays, nothing happens

Always

Can you try with the latest version 1.7.x? Your Brave is outdated.

it works fine for me brave version: 1.7.98 Chromium: 81.0.4044.113 (Official Build) (32-bit)
