This is not a problem for me in Opera, Chrome and Firefox even when updated. The latest version of Brave causes another issue and that is playing/streaming a video in any site that plays videos of any resolution. I am thinking this is a buffering issue with the browser itself, not a connection or site issue.
Can you try disabling Hardware Acceleration in settings to see if this resolves the issue?
