Description of the issue:
Brave will autoplay paused videos with earphones w/ mic on (only tested with Apple earphones)
Steps to Reproduce (add as many as necessary):
1. Launch Brave
2. Plug in earphones with mic in aux port.
3. Visit website with videos, such as youtube.com and veoh.com
4. Click on a video and pause it.
5. Stay on that tab or open another tab to do other shenanigans
Actual Result (gifs and screenshots are welcome!):
The sound bar interface will pop up and video with audio will autoplay.

Video should not play without my say so
