When I am playing a video on FB it is happening like that but it goes back to normal after a few seconds often takes minutes but again shows up in middle or in the end. Recently it happened in a yt video too but on a website not on yt’s website.

Can you try disabling Hardware Acceleration in settings to see if this resolves the issue?
You’ll find this in Settings --> Additional Settings --> System --> Hardware Acceleration
