Video lags on primary monitor

Hi all!
I have problem what i read in this forum, but i cant solve it.
I have 2 monitors:
Samsung LG34G55T ← Primary
Samsung S24D340 ← Secondary
Usualy i watchins some videos on secondary, all is fine, but when i try to watch on primary, its start lagging on fullscreen, if in small window, all is fine, fullscreen lagging even in poor quality.

My internet speed: Download: 914Mbps | Upload: 920Mbps
OS: Windows 11 Pro
CPU: Intel i5-6500
GPU: Nvidia GeForce GTX 1650 (4Gb)
RAM: 16Gb
Storage is Samsung SSD with normal speed

I even tryed to disable secondary monitor projection.

And i cant find in setting hardware acceleration


or graphic acceleration is the same, in google i find different Brave browser settings than my
