Could you please add support for video casting to both Google TV and Apple TV in the mobile browser? I’m currently relying on the ‘Web Video Cast’ app for this functionality, but the browsing experience there is quite poor. I’d much prefer to use Brave if it offered this feature—it would make a big difference!

Hello - Visit brave://settings/extensions and enable Media Router and you should see the Cast option appear now.
@Evan123 they were asking about mobile devices. Your instructions are for desktop.
@world.locus as far as I’m aware it’s not available even through Chrome. There are some additional restrictions, especially on iOS.
You can screen share and all, but typically is handled through dedicated app or by OS.
Forget about how things might work on Android but think back then I still had to screen share and cast through Google Home.
If not capable on Chrome or Safari then likely won’t be available on Brave either
@saoiray I am currently using an app called “Web Video Cast” on IOS to cast videos to Google TV (Nvidia Shield). The app is basically a browser that has this feature built-in. So it’s definitely possible but “Web Video Cast” is not a good browser … it’d be great if Brave can replicate the same feature
