Description of the issue:
Below you can see what I see much of the time when I use minimized/collapsed vertical tabs in Brave and try to reopen them using the cursor to navigate to other webpages. This has been going on for maybe as much as a month as I’ve left the tabs fully expanded while awaiting a browser update that would solve this issue in the meantime. As I have updated my browser once again today and seen no solution, and checking the forums every so often this past month hasn’t gotten anyone else with this problem a clear solution, it’s time to post.
How can this issue be reproduced?
- Entering Brave settings and selecting “Use vertical tabs” as well as “Expand vertical tabs on mouseover when collapsed”
- Collapsing your vertical tabs using the “Minimize tabs button”
- Moving the cursor over your tabs and waiting for the text to expand
