Vertical Tabs Scroll broken and Vertical tab menu in general having issues

Description of the issue:
Few days agoo enable Vertical Tab Scroll but didn’t like it much, tried disabling it but some how its struck in the enabled mode. After trying several times to enabling and disabling the flag its not fixed.

Also due to many tabs, the vertical tab on hovering somehow doesn’t expand all the time accurately.

How can this issue be reproduced?

  1. Go to brave://flags/
  2. Search for Show scroll bar on vertical tab strip
  3. Enable it. Restart for changes to take place.
  4. Then disable it. Restart again. See that its not gettingg disabled

I suspect that it has something to do with the high number of extensions you have installed. One of them is likely conflicting with the flag getting reset. To confirm, you have tried changing this flag to Default (Disabled) instead of Disabled?
