Vertical tabs don't show

  1. Open a new window and go to a site.

  2. Click a link to open in new tab.

EXPECTED RESULT: new tab will appear on the vertical tab list.
ACTUAL RESULT: it does not appear there. It is indeed there because it appears in the Tab menu and I can also get to it with CMD-2 - but not showing.

  1. All new tabs have this bug, they are not showing on vertical tab list. Until…

  2. If I click the collapse-tab-bar icon and then a 2nd time to expand, then the invisible tabs appear.

(Possibly related - When I collapse vertical tabs on active window, they are automatically collapsed on ALL windows. This may be intentional, but to me its a bug.)
