"Verifying android wallet steps don't done"

Hi Support, :slight_smile:
With the last update android (1.25.71), we 're be able to verify our android wallet.
But by following all the steps, the verification does not end. I do not understand. What’s more, my Android balance does not appear, just that of the PC is shown …

I access to my Uphold account but this one is only a reflection of my PC account. What’s more, checking is not finalized because returning to my browser I always image 6 and when I click on Check My wallet, the procedure stains from the beginning …

What’s happening ?

Yes I raised a ticket on Uphold and they said it’s on Brave’s end

I have the impression that Brave is piling up the pans. I’m going a little hard, my problems are partly resolved but many users have been complaining for months …

Perhaps @mattches could help us as there are many users experiencing this problem. :confused:

It worked perfectly for me with these steps.

Here is a workaround in case a user experiences the above:

  1. Go to Uphold.com and log in independently of the Brave Rewards verification flow
  2. Once logged in, go into Brave Rewards and verify wallet
  3. Follow steps
  4. Wallet verification should be successful (in “Wallet verified” state)
