Verify identity?

I got this message in my Creators account and don’t understand what is needed!

I have verified my identity with Gemini when I setup my account with Gemini and my Creators account is linked to Gemini so I don’t see the problem. I clicked on the link and it just takes me to a Gemini login. @steeven
