Verified Uphold for more than a year, didn't receive payout for month of Sept

Hello, as I have written in the title, I have a verified Uphold account and have been receiving timely payouts since early 2020. However, one of my wallets currently connected to uphold have yet to receive the payout for the first time and the status for payouts have been labelled complete in the payout status thread. Can someone help shed some light to this?
