Verified Gemini Account Multiple Expected Reward Payments Missing for November

Briefly describe your issue:
Two Brave Browser instances, both desktop Apps, both were linked to a verified Gemini account that had previously sync’d Rewards just fine. Failed to payout in Nov. Gemini account transactions verify that the transfers never took place.

What Operating System and Brave version are you using (Menu --> About Brave)?
One browser was on Windows 10, the second browser was on Ubuntu Linux 20.04 LTS, both running the latest version of Brave available at the time of expected transfer.
