Not sure. In community calls, Gemini being restored to regions has been bit frowned upon. Even if they get Gemini to restore to regions, its likely just Canada, UK and Australia and so regions. This is just what I think and is in no way an official answer. Recently, Chriscat, Brave rewards Project manager said that if Gemini is restored, its only gonna be like the regions I said above, not much clarity on regions like Brazil and all.
