Yes this issue should.be checked and brought up, this is not normal, ads value should be random value from 0.01 , 0.025, 0.05, 0.1 , 0.15 etc… but this time we can only receive 0.025 at the first ad of the day and the rest is 0.01. once again this.should.be raised.as the last daily cap bug too that most of the supports are telling that it was normal, but find out to be mistake of capping 5ads per day instead of 5ads per hour.

BAT value has nothing to do with it. They just did something like a halvening in the shittest, least transparent way possible.
If it was about fluctuation then it would be an algorithm. Not just some dev arbitrarily dividing by 10 when they feel like it.
Price of BAT has fluctuated by much more than $0.05 in the past and this has not affected the amount of ads. Plus, if the supply is altered for the sole purpose of manipulating value, that is unethical practice. BAT is not a stablecoin so the only reason to manipulate its value is greed.
I guess there is another reason because they would make it less obvious if they were just blagging… but the reasons people are giving are false.
