V1.69.160 update makes youtube font same color as background, but pastel-brightened

Description of the issue:
How can this issue be reproduced?

  1. use youttube captions in v1.69.160

  2. try to set font color to differ from background; fail.

  3. that is all.

Expected result:
font color unchanged.

Brave Version( check About Brave):

v1.69.160

Additional Information:

began w latest update relaunch just after local dawn.

seems unrelated to the pymt/wallet font ‘dark settings’ overlap/interference; ive set n mixed my WindowsOS, browser, and youtube, ‘dark’ settings every which way; alas, no joy, Folks.

no rush, despite minor annoyance of using Opera, (fonts are nominal in Opera), for my youtube viddings myriad, lol.
