Is there a way without a password manager to share “context” between my two computers? For example a dot-file that I could put on a shared drive?
And if I do have to use a password manager, does any also work on iOS with Brave?

Brave’s built-in password-manager doesn’t support this. If you want to sync your passwords between devices right now, you should use a standalone password manager like 1Password, LastPass, or Dashlane. Brave on iOS 12 fully supports the password autofill feature, so any password-manager you use will work with Brave.
