Correct. It’s not a supported country for linking Rewards. That’s part of what the template you deleted asked, which was if you in a supported country and provided the link to check, which is https://support.brave.app/hc/en-us/articles/6539887971469-List-of-supported-regions-Custodial-payout-accounts If country isn’t listed then it’s not supported. Bolivia is not on the list.

In Bolivia, you can’t open a new Uphold account, as it’s currently on their list of restricted countries brokerchooser.com+15support.uphold.com+15support.uphold.com+15. Even if you’re outside Bolivia, accounts created there may be blocked reddit.com.
Short and simple:
Uphold is not available to residents of Bolivia right now new accounts are blocked, and existing ones may face access issues.
