“Use a prediction service to load pages more quickly” not available anymore

I was trying to figure how to make browser fetch DNS from SOCKS5 proxy when it’s in use, and ended up on https://github.com/FelisCatus/SwitchyOmega/wiki/DNS-and-SOCKS-proxy

It says that we must enable “Use a prediction service to load pages more quickly” on settings, but couldn’t find it.

I did find Disabling "Use a prediction service to load pages more quickly" doesn't prevent pre-connect or prefetch which as asking the same issue, and was closed with no reply.

Could anybody help?
