USDC sent via blockchain to a specific address wasn't received, but ETH sent to the same address was successfully received—raising concerns about what went wrong

My funds were sent from OKX via blockchain, but I have not received the money on this platform. My transaction details are as follows:

Cryptocurrency: USDC
Network: Base
Withdrawal platform: OKX
Address: 0x5F544E013e2fcF6c4A4ee23FB6e8C146908B7cc8
TXID: 0xfa20474d2a56936fd6f1d53ec998ff39899634e0f9aeffcf94219c659e48046e

Then I sent ETH to the same address and it was successfully received. What is happening?
