I recently updated to the following version of the Brave browser:
OS Release: 10.0.17134
Update Channel: Release
OS Architecture: x64
OS Platform: Microsoft Windows
Brave Sync: v1.4.2
Since the update, my USB headset no longer plays sound from the Brave browser. If I switch the output to my desktop speakers, the sound is fine. The issue seems to be isolated to my headset + Brave. I’ve updated my headset’s drivers, and I’ve also tested various browsers, and all seem to work fine.
My headset is the Corsair VOID RGB USB Gaming Headset, using the 10.00.17134.0001 (English) drivers.
Any help you can provide in resolving this issue would be greatly appreciated. I’m happy to provide additional information or assistance to help nail down what the issue is.
