Usability features in certificate selection window

The current certificate window is functional, but is hard to manage when the user has many certificates. Three changes would increase usability:

  1. Make the window resizable and movable

  2. Add a column that displays the “Friendly Name” field used by the windows certificate store, to allow for easier certificate identification.

  3. Make all columns sortable
