URLs are being searched instead of opening (iPad)

Since a few days ago, whenever I start to type a URL in the search bar, which then autocompletes and I hit return, instead of the site of the URL opening, I get a Brave Search page and have to click on one of the search results.

I assume that this has been the result of an update because I haven’t changed any settings nor do I know of any settings that would affect this behaviour.

This is a known issue and already has a fix in the works:

This should be available in the next browser update.
