URL Bar state change on tab hover is a bit weird

I find the fact that the URL bar changes from display to edit mode on hover over the tab bar, not just the title bar. I use tabs often enough that the state change on tab hover is a bit off-putting. Does anyone else feel similarly or is this just me?

Sometimes it’s nice, sometimes it’s annoying. A button to disable/enable the feature would be handy.

@Veiss @aem You can disable URL bar to change from title mode in settings. Just enable Always show the URL bar option
